Pamela Cartlidge

Pamela Cartlidge (1952, E) was born and brought up in Wrexham and after studying at Coleg Harlech, and then graduating from Cardiff University, lived in Spain for two years, teaching English as a Foreign Language.  She belongs to two writing groups, two book clubs and a film club. Her first novel ‘Bluebells and Tin hats’ is a true  love story and gives an insight into the lives of those left behind during the years before and after World War Two, and is also a record of social history. She has written four novels, all based in Wales.
