Helen Finney (1968, E) is an artist and writer, a painter and poet. Originally from Kent, she has lived in Wales since school. She has degrees and an MA in fine art and illustration from Swansea Art College and has exhibited her work for many years, both in the UK and USA. After a decade-long career as a graphic designer and then a painter, she published her debut collection of poetry and essays; a poetic journal of finding herself stranded abroad during the pandemic, in July 2021.
